A MESSAGE OF PEACE AND UNITY TO THE POPOLATION OF ABAKWA BY THE CITY MAYOR, ACHOBONG TAMBENG PAUL ON THE OCCASION OF THE 52nd ANNIVERSARY OF NATIONAL DAY 2OTH MAY, 2024. We shall Monday May 20 come together bound by our faith in God with genuine respect and love for our country, inheriting the legacy left by our founding fathers testaments of President AHMADU AHIDJO, JOHN NGU FONCHA and SOLOMON TANDENG MUNA –whereas it establishes that a testament goes enforce only at the death of the testator. My esteemed brothers population of Bamenda, all state functionaries of the Northwest Region, this is the day our forefathers saw the need to reunite after being fragmented by the colonialists. If they made errors in the conception of our nation, we should forgive them as no one is perfect; it was a duty call  to a perfect mission of working in the interest of our nation.
