MINAT brings smiles to the hungry population of Northwest

One of the major causes of political upheaval is hunger. Hunger imcompases social misery, poverty, frustration, etc, as "a hungry man is an angry man".

If political leaders of this nation understood this human pacification politics from the genesis of the Anglophone crisis, the stalemate could not have escalated to Crisendo.
It is worth noting that the Anglophones fury  stems from disequilibrium in the distribution of the national cake.

Although the stalemate went into extremism causing untold hardship to the population, the assistance to the internally  displaced population of the region by the Ministry of Territorial Administration during this festive period is a big heave   of relief to many who hitherto go to bed on an empty stomach.

 Many
Kudus has been given to MINAT for the timely material assistance to the vulnerable  population of the region.
The exercise maned by the Senior Division Officer for Mezam ,  Simon Emile Mooh  was full of camaraderie and euphoria of a good end of year for most families.

Addressing the mammoth  who turned out in hundreds to recieve the material aids, the SDO intimated that the  assistance is a bonanza from the Head of State  through the Ministry of Territorial Administration to the internationally displaced and vulnerable population of the region.

The assistance he expressed optimism,  will enable families in appalled social conditions  to celebrate the festive season with  ease.  He said the head of state has the  population of the region at heart ,  reasons why  a hand of fellowship has for years been  extended to them at the end of year since the outbreak  of the political mayhem.  he said.

The Regional Coordinator of the Emergency Humanitarian Centre, Nchofon Mingoh, explained that the distribution targets both IDPs and  vulnerable people  identified through local assessments. In all, over 2000   households have  been programed for the three days exercise  which started on monday December  29th  to end on Wednesday  December  31 2025.
