NORTHWEST ELECAM Delegate Wins Media Award.



Bowoh Elvis,  Northwest ELECAM Regional Delegate  has earned Media Award for diligence and resilience following the successful organisation of 2025 presidential election in the Northwest Region 
The accolade  by world Newspapers  epitomises his successful organization of 2025 election in the Northwest region  historically marked by post-election violence.
 His efforts  to ensure  the peace that reigned after the polls has been commendable.
Bowoh Elvis said the award is a call for more diligence and effectiveness in the management of electoral activities in Northwest Region. He says  it  is indicative of  the strength and vegilabce of the  civil society that is very much active ,kin and observing every details of all the facets of life in the region.
Mbowoh Elvis, told The Vanguard that the award is a call to work  and action for proactive election management in the region.


He dedicated the recognition to his collaborators: the chiefs of service of the Regional Delegation, Divisional branch heads, Council branch heads, and support staff whom he considers the “foot soldiers of ELECAM.” “I dedicate this award to the entire ELECAM family in the Northwest Region, because it is not the Regional Delegate alone who acts in all Divisions and Councils, but the entire team,” he said.
He described the award as an opportunity to appreciate them and also to  call for greater vigilance, resilience, and objectivity in the management of all electoral activities in the region.
He also thanked the population of the Northwest Region, civil society, and political parties for their magnanimity and collaboration during the 2025 elections, which was  conducted without brouhaha. 
He also saluted the traditional authorities and all living forces of the region for the political serenity that prevailed during and after the 2025 election.
 Mbowoh Elvis called for greater collaboration and support as the nation gears up for the upcoming municipal and legislative elections.
